This is another of my original Italian quick and easy recipes: ravioli or tortelli filled with ricotta (an Italian fresh cheese) and spinach. In a future video I will prepare the ravioli themselves, this time I used purchased ones, just to show you how to prepare the traditional sauce with butter and sage.

Ingredients per person:
80g of ravioli

50g of butter
a few leaves of sage, minced or not
and of course Parmigiano Reggiano!
