2tbs -Olive oil
300ml -White wine
350ml -Vegetables stock
4x – Cloves of garlic

250g -Prawns
½tsp -Pinch of lemon zest
½tsp -Pinch of chilli flakes
10g -Mozzarella
30g -Parmesan cheese
-Salt & Pepper to taste
2x -Peace of Eggs
– Fresh Breadcrumbs
– Purpose Flour

PRAWNS RAGOUT
-Left Prawns Mince Meat
1tbsp -Garlic Oil
75ml -White Wine
120ml -Tomato Sauce
-Pinch of chilli, salt and pepper to taste !
