***Tuna Salad:
– 3 cans tuna (5oz each = 15oz)
– 1 rib celery (chopped)
– 1/2 onion (diced)
– 2 hard boiled eggs
– 1/2 cup mayo
– 1 tablespoon *secret ingredient*
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/3 teaspoon black pepper
***Other Ingredients:
– some fish roe
– lettuce
– bread
– crackers
– paprika
– cilantro
