The last time I made some kind of chicken dish….I honestly can’t remember……I was rushing and I left my chicken to soak in some Luke warm water as I usually do with lemon juice for a few minutes while I finished prepping. Once I cooked it and ate it, I realized I didn’t actually add the lemon juice. The chicken has this weird twang to it when it hasn’t been properly washed. I threw it out I was so sad because I couldn’t eat it😢. Luckily it was only a portion for 1.

Can you use just chicken breast on the same amount? I'm battling to get my cholesterol in check and the breast has the least amount of saturated fat.

I cannot wrap my head around not washing chicken to limit the spread of germs. Ridiculous! Learn proper food handling. This is how I cook my chicken but I always add about five dashes of Angostura Bitters.
