INGREDIENTS:

FOR SAUCE:
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Garlic Cloves 2 (Crushed)
Salt pinch
Fresh Coriander/Parsley (Pinch)
Mint leaves (pinch)
Sumac -ARABIAN SPICE BLEND – Pinch

Mix well all of the above ingredients and set aside.

ASSEMBLING OF SANDWICH:
Spread On Buns Boiled Gram lentils Mixture topped up with tomato slices, onions, lettuce and prepared sauce. Cover the bun and cut into 2 halves. Voila .
