When I was younger, I was more a fan of sunny side up eggs. Why?

Because I didn’t know how to make an overeasy egg. Swear to God. I just didn’t know how.

So after a few cocktails at my local bar, I came home and had a hankering for nothing more than a perfect overeasy egg.

Seriously. I’m weird like that.

So I decided to cook one. And I realized… what if there are people out there that absolutely love a perfect overeasy egg, but like me in my younger years, they have no idea how to do it??

This video is for you. And you. And you and you… and especially for you.

3 minutes total cook time. Plate, and eat. Of course! You can toast up some bread, fry up some bacon and hash browns, any accompaniment works!

Get crazy and top your burger or your steak or your bison or venison loin with this. NOTHING wrong with that.

But we’re down to the bare basics here. The perfect, runny yolk, set whites, well seasoned, incredibly delicious overeasy egg. Simple. Quick. Delicious. You’re welcome.

  1. Next time you fry an egg instead of using oil, just put water in the pan a good little bit at the bottom and splash the water over it like with your spatula like oil they are perfect beautiful eggs and no oil
