  2. Classic flavour combos are just that for a reason uh Huey and the oner lamb ‘n beat is a ripper…! Have been getting back into the blasted beats again lately with the bride enjoying the improved blood flow in me but not quite so much the excess gas production… love a Chianti also but usually pair young lamb and cutlets with a Pinot but will give this a crack.

  4. Huey do you think you could pull it off by only seasoning the Lamb with salt pepper and Lemon zest instead of the whole risk of cooking it in the lemon juice?
