  1. Oh Caroline this is a home run for me. My favs are lima beans (just sowed seeds in my garden), mushrooms and chard. Thank you for being you, would of never thought of this combo.

  2. I really look forward to making this dish. From time to time, could you please share a dessert dish? I'm thankful for your channel!

  3. This looks amazing Caroline! I’m definitely making this next weekend! I have to get a couple of the ingredients from the store but otherwise, I already have everything here. Such a nutritious and easy dish.
I noticed that you included my previous comment on the video. So cool!!! 😜

  4. Hola, from the PNW, Caroline. 👋. You continue to keep hitting ‘‘em outta the park. This recipe is definitely outstanding and a winner 🏆 for me. I print out and keep your recipes on file. I’m an Ovo Pescatarian and this recipe, being vegetarian, is at the top of my list. It looks/sounds fantastic and I definitely will be making this it for myself very soon. Please take care. Goldi 🇺🇸 👍😊

  5. I definitely would appreciate more Mediterranean meals like this that are hearty for the winter time, as cold weather is approaching. It’s hard to always think of something new, healthy and warming for the coming months! 🤗♥️

  6. looks delicious–love butter beans and mushrooms–we eat lots of mushrooms as a meat substitute (not foraged–do not want to make a bad mistake and poison ourselves)–I make a very easy and good cream of mushroom soup in a slow cooker–delicious…dts/usa

  7. This looks so healthy with the beans, greens and mushrooms- what a perfect dish to try very soon as we love healthy and delicious meals. This one is vegan (my husband is vegan) so I’m especially excited to try it out! ❤

  8. Looks amazing! I love the fall recipes and would be interested in learning how to make filling, heart healthy soups and stews.

  9. Yum! Looks great. Q – Are canned lima beans typically supposed to be drained and rinsed? If unrinsed does that create a LOT of sodium to get added into recipe?

  10. this is a great dish. Love lima beans and chard, now to find it and get cooking. Oh and I adore mushrooms, yum. Keep these recipes coming!

  11. One pan cooking recipes are always great for work nights and healthy nibbles for a relaxing Friday night – thank you so much

  12. I soooo wish you would do in person cooking classes at your home. I would fly to Spain for that! Love that we're getting some meals for colder days that'll help the winter blues.❤

  13. I had to laugh when you said you get stuck and were happy when viewers gave you some menu planning requests. It's so hard to come up with menus week after week. I've almost given up on asking my husband if he has any requests for meals the coming week because it's always either lasagna, fish, or most often "no I'm good". Ugh.
