Dear friends of humanity and its health at Organixx… Audio levels, please! 🙂 When editing a video, use slight compression and normalization to 0 dB on the audio track (the speech to be exact, the intro music should be @ ca. -3 dB relative to speech so the transition between music and speech is fluid, not rapid to the ears). I have a PC and an amplifier with stereo speakers so I can turn the volume up. But what do people have to do on mobile devices? There's no audio boost or normalization built in YouTube player. It's up to content creators to take care of audio quality, especially in videos where audio matters the most (lectures, interviews, guides etc). I like your work a lot, hence I care to give a technical tip from my field of expertise. 🙂 Hope it's helpful. Cheers!

  3. Just made this with a few tweaks. It tasted very good!!!!!! Only one scoop of chocolate protein powder, omitted the cacao powder ( I didn't have any), and added flax seed. Had to add a little bit more milk than one cup as it was too thick and wouldn't blend. My dates didn't blend completely ( I have a pretty basic blender so would love any recommendations for an upgrade) so I had some teeny tiny pieces in the shake. But overall, will totally add this shake to my recipe box. Thanks for sharing! 🙂
