Getting ready to make chowder. I just happened to get a whole basket of cherrystone quahogs from my friend last night dug here on the Cape where I live. I'm going to take the suggestion of squeezing out the innards to keep it whiter, adding clarified butter and serving in bread bowls. Thank you.

I had this chowder recently and it is the best clam chowder I have ever had! I’ve had chowder in Monterey Bay, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and many other locations and this was the best of the best! My first bite made me say, “Wow!” It is that good. $13 chowder bread bowl. I also thought the fish and chips were delicious. If your in Boston make a reservation and enjoy.

The difference is the butter the gold liquid. It’s a French origin and they used a lot of butter on their recipes. It’s my favorite soup.
