1. Beef And Onion Stir Fry
Recipe Ingredients for 2 person:
240g Sirloin Steak (you can use any beef steak you like)
Marinade with:
1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Dark Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1/4 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 1/2 Tbsp. Corn Starch
1 Tbsp. Oil
1 Tsp. Sesame Oil

Onions:
1 Large White Onion
2 Spring Onions

Sauce:
1 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
3 Tbsp. Water or Rice Wine (I use Water and it tastes very delicious)

2. Mongolian Beef
Recipe Ingredients for 2 person:
300g Beef Flank Steak (or any cut of your choice)
Marinade with:
1/2 Tbsp. Light Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Dark Soy Sauce
1/2 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1/4 Tbsp. Baking Soda
1 Tbsp. Corn Starch
1/2 Tbsp. White Pepper
1 Tbsp. Peanut or Cooking Oil
2 Cloves Grated Onion
2 cm Piece of Ginger Grated
2 Cloves of Garlic Grated
1/2 Tbsp. Toasted Sesame Oil

Onions:
1/2 Large White Onion
3 Spring Onions

Sauce:
1 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Chinese Cooking Wine (for non alcoholic version use chicken broth instead)
2 Tbsp. Hoisin Sauce
1/2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
Chili Flakes To Taste

3. Bulgogi
Recipe Ingredients for 2 person:
300g Rib-Eye Beef Steak (or any cut of your choice)

Marinade with: (marinade 30 minutes or overnight in the fridge)
2 Tbsp. Light Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Dark Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp. Mirin/Rice Wine (for non alcoholic version you can use chicken broth)
1 Tsp. Black Pepper
2 Cloves of Diced Garlic
1/4 Nashi (Asian Pear) grated (if you don´t have a Nashi you can substitute with a regular pear combined with a kiwi)
1 Tbsp. Toasted Sesame Oil
1/2 Large White Onion

Add some more Dark Soy Sauce at the end if you like for taste and nice colour.
Garnish with green onion slices and sticks, sesame seeds.

4. Beef And Broccoli Stir Fry
Recipe Ingredients for 2 person:
250g Beef Flank Steak (you can use any beef steak you like) cut against the grain
1 Small Broccoli cut in Florets
1/4 Large White Onion
2 Cloves Garlic

Marinade with:
1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Dark Soy Sauce
1/4 Tbsp. Baking Soda
1 Tbsp. Corn Starch
1 Tbsp. Chicken Broth
1 Tbsp. Peanut Oil

Sauce:
1 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
1/2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1 Tbsp. Corn Starch with Water
2 Tbsp.Chicken Broth or Rice Wine (I used chicken broth and it tastes very delicious)
1/2 Tbsp. Sesame Oil

5. Black Pepper Beef Stir Fry
Recipe Ingredients for 2 person:
240g Beef Flank Steak (you can use any beef steak you like)
Marinade with:
1 Tbsp. Light Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Corn Starch
1 Small Egg
1 Tbsp. Peanut Oil

Vegetables:
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Red Onion
1/2 Spring Onion
1/2 Carrot
2 Cloves Garlic
Cilantro as you like

Sauce:
1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1/2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
3 Tbsp. Water
Lime Juice

Corn Starch Slurry:
1 Tbsp. Corn Starch in 3 Tbsp. Water
