Quang my local Chinese restaurant pulled a fast one and stopped making authentic fantail shrimp I’ve been eating them since I was a young girl. When i ordered it today it was cheap frozen breaded baby shrimp I was so upset. So I look to YouTube to learn to make them. They have always been a big square piece of batter fried shrimp goodness. Can I butterfly the shrimp and put them on a dumpling wrap and then put them in batter? Like the way the restaurants used to make them. Theirs used to be 1 big square shrimp then after COVID they started doing it the way you have in your video which I will take either and pay the increase I get it. But paying 9.75 for 1 egg roll and 5 small little Costco baby breaded shrimp I will not do. I rather make them myself. Thank you for your video not everyone knows about fantail shrimp. I love it.
