This quick and tasty Thai Green Curry Chicken can be on your table sooner than it take to get take out. If you have any sort of chicken in the freezer and some frozen green beans, then with a few pantry staples, you are in business. This recipe is rated mild and will serve 2 people easily. I will be adding more quick and tasty Thai cuisine very soon.

Thai Green Curry Chicken : Quick And Tasty Thai Cuisine

2 tbsp rice bran oil or peanut oil
1 onion finely diced
1 tbsp green curry paste (for medium to hot add more)
1 tsp minced ginger
4 cloves of crushed garlic
175 – 200 g of boneless chicken breast diced

125ml chicken stock
200ml of coconut milk
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp raw sugar
200 g green beans

2 tsp lime juice
8 – 10 basil leaves roughly chopped
1 tbsp cornflour + 1 tbsp water for thickening if needed

3/4 cup of basmati rice in a rice cooker if possible.

Cook till sauce has reached desired thickness
Serve with jasmine rice ( or basmati if you find jasmine too sticky )
