I LOVE dim sum. And one of the things I always get every time I go to dim sum is these steamed pork spare ribs with Chinese black beans. Most dishes you get at dim sum are not easy to recreate at home, but this one is an exception—it is super simple! In this video I also show you how to steam dishes even if you don’t have an actual steamer at home. Enjoy!

  2. Can't believe I made my own spareribs dim sum this morning. Didn't marinade long but still tasty.

  3. Everyone always offended with fat and then they put butter in their keto coffee. Smh.

  4. Hi. I am surprised Thai word for black beans is the same in my language. I am a Chinese living in the Philippines. In hokien chinese, we call it tawsi, and the Filipino language barrowed it from Chinese, so goes the same Tawsi used in the Filipino.

  5. It's call dou si in Cantonese, but you probably already know that. Great video and recipe.

  6. In the Philippines, it's also called "tausi", calling the beans exactly like how the Chinese immigrants of Fujian origin who brought the dish over called it
