Do you like squash?

Dressing
1 lemon juiced
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp salt or to taste
Handful cilantro, mint, basil
1 green onion
1/4 cup olive oil (3 tbsp)
Cayenne pepper to taste

I roasted the butternut squash at 400F for about an hour until tender.
I sprinkle at the end with roasted walnuts, cranberries, and drizzling with herb dressing.
