Grilled Swordfish Steak with Lemon Herb Butter:

Ingredients:

2 swordfish steaks (6-8 ounces each)
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for brushing
For the Lemon Herb Butter:
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
Zest of one lemon
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh herbs (such as parsley, thyme, and chives), finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Season the swordfish steaks with salt, pepper, and a light brushing of olive oil on both sides.

In a bowl, combine the softened butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create the lemon herb butter.

Grill the swordfish steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.

While the swordfish is grilling, you can brush the steaks with some of the lemon herb butter to infuse them with flavor.

Once the swordfish is cooked, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.

Serve the grilled swordfish steaks with a dollop of the lemon herb butter on top. You can also serve it with your choice of side dishes, such as roasted vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.

This dish of swordfish is a delicious and simple way to enjoy this flavorful fish. The lemon herb butter adds a burst of citrusy and herbaceous flavors to complement the swordfish’s natural taste. Enjoy!
