Peanut butter and jelly wings, yes it is real and yes you need to try them.

What can you put peanut and jelly on? I’d say not really a lot of food but with these hot wings, it works really well. The sweet stickiness and crunchy peanut satay sauce that has a good chili kick is bound to be a hit next time you make wings.

Main Ingredients:
1.7kg (3.7lbs) of chicken ribs
1 ½ teaspoons of kosher salt (for dry brining)

Sauce Ingredients:
1 tablespoon avocado oil
4 garlic cloves crushed
1 teaspoon of minced ginger
1 tablespoon lemongrass paste
1 teaspoon of chilli flakes
1 teaspoon of ground cumin
4 tablespoons of smooth peanut butter
1 tablespoon of brown sugar sugar
2 tablespoons of coconut cream
100ml chicken stock

Syrup Ingredients:
1 cup of Strawberry Jam
3 – 5 tablespoons of red grape juice
2 teaspoons of Sriracha sauce

Garnish Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of chopped peanuts

Black nitrile gloves
