This is a quick dinner recipe that is absolutely delicious! It takes around 20 minutes to make, I hope you enjoy!

Ingredients:
-4 pork chops, mine totaled 1.2 lbs
-3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
-2 tbsp of butter
-Applesauce (I used my homemade applesauce recipe, it is posted if you would like too use it)
-About 1 lbs of green beans
-1 large garlic clove minced

Pork chop seasonings:
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1/2 tsp smoked paprika
-1/4 tsp thyme
-1/2 tsp brown sugar
-1/4 tsp onion powder
-1/4 tsp sage powder
-Sea salt
-Pepper

Green bean seasonings:
-1/2 tsp onion powder
-1/2 tsp paprika
-1/4 tsp red chili pepper flakes
-Sea salt
-Pepper

Optional topping for pork chops: Balsamic glaze

Directions:
-Bring a large pot of water to a boil and preheat oven to 400.
-Pat pork chops dry with a paper towel. Mix pork chop seasonings together and sprinkle it on both sides, rub in seasonings. Top with sea salt.
-Heat a cast iron skillet or any oven safe pan on medium heat. Add 2-3 tbsps of olive oil. Once oil is heated add pork chops. Cook on each side for 3 minutes. Cut 1 tbsp of butter into 4 pieces and add it to each pork chop. As the butter is melting baste your pork chops with it. Flip and add to oven until your desired doneness. I did 155-160 degrees. Remove from heat. Place onto a separate plate and cover with foil, rest for 5 minutes.
-For your green beans wash and trim them. Salt boiling water. Add green beans and boil for 4 minutes. While they are boiling bring a medium sized pan to medium heat. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil. Add garlic, sauté for 1 minute. Add green bean seasonings, green beans and 1 tbsp of butter. Sauté for 2 mins.
-Plate pork chops, green beans and applesauce. You can also add a balsamic glaze to the pork chops if you like. Enjoy!
