  1. Its not greek yogurt its chakka. Shreekhand is made using chakka. Dr pal is definitely forgetting our culture

  2. Protein in 1 bowl of yogurt will remain the same if you remove water from it but the amount of other nutrition will be less😅. It’s like saying 200 gram of paneer will have more protein than 1ltr of milk used to get that 200grams of paneer.

    If we do keto is that gonna be a heavy load of proteins in the liver , does it strain the kidneys aswell ?
    Same as Greek yogurt Philadelphia cheese spread is good enough for source of protein as well ?

  4. I really miss my Indian desi home made curd in UK. sorry doc for me a definite no no for greek yoghurt as its too fatty and dense. Also most of the packings says nothing about the probiotics content in it, only few brands mentions about live bacterial cultures.
