  1. JUST LOOK AT THAT👌 Classic Rik mate. Personally, the first two layers cream and custard were always my fav😋

  2. 😋took me straight back to my childhood, Sundays always a birds trifle after tea?😊cheers Ric from BIGMICK IN THE UK 🇬🇧 👍

  3. Hi Rik, hope all is well. I’ve been wanting to make one of these for ages, not seen sherry here since I’ve been here. Makro?

  4. Just like my mam used to make when I was young. Difference was that we used to have a decent layer of Harvey’s Bristol cream sherry in there, not just a dash. Best bit of the trifle especially when the sherry soaked sponge mixed with the cream 😉

  5. The cream off the top of the milk, is best for mixing the Birds Custard powder before adding to the milk. Lovely. Jersey milk of course.

  6. BEAUTIFUL!! I shall try this for the holidays coming up!! Is this dry Sherry? Thank you!!!

  7. Don't go bananas on the sherry! The fruit cocktail and jelly fills me with so much nostalgia. This is semi-homemade and very doable. Thanks!
