Ingredients:

For the dough : 34×24 cm pan
180ml water
320g plain flour (all-purpose or tipo 00)
15g extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon sugar
8g fresh yeast (3g instant, 4g active dry yeast)

For the toppings:
700g-1kg brown onions
70-100g anchioves in oil
20pcs or more black olives, seedless
thyme and marjoram as needed
salt and pepper
1/2 – 1 teaspoon of sugar
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
