Tagliatelle with Veal Ragu | Veal Ragu using Veal Tongue and Ossobuco!

Today I made veal ragu inspired from the famous ‘Corner of Lasagna’ by Chef Massimo Bottura!

Lighter compared to traditional ragu bolognese, I enjoyed every bite of this pasta! Dynamic texture variation kept every bite interesting!
