  1. She's never used cornstarch before? You mix the cornstarch with a tiny bit of water to make a thick, well-combined paste and THEN you add it to the rest of the liquid. This assures you don't get clumps.

  2. Love this. Would an air fryer work okay for melting that cheese on top of the casserole? Wondering in case the oven is already being used.

  3. I notice that when she pulls the lids off she actually has to pull them off. My lids do not seem to stay down. I make sure the vent is up every time. So what is the problem with my dishes????

  4. Haven’t purchased yet -I keep reading reviews. I’ve seen a few that said rice doesn’t always cook well. Few people say “cookbook” not that helpful. I’m going to continue research – not ready to buy yet but I want to….Happy Thanksgiving all !
