Ingredients
50g toasted hazelnuts
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp fennel seeds
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tbsp chilli flakes
2 tsp oregano or mint
2 tsp salt

How do make it?
toast your hazelnuts, remove from pan
toast your sesame seeds, remove from pan
toast your spices
in a mortar and pestle pound the nuts and spices into a crumb like texture
add the oregano or mint and salt .mix together and store in a airtight container for up to 3 months .

Goes well with
toasted crusty bread and olive oil.
plain crisps and balsamic vinegar.
sprinkle on meats, chicken, fish, before or after cooking great on dips like hummus or on soup, salad or roasted vegetables.
