– After 10 mins Add yeast mix, olive oil, salt, and 3 cups of the flour into a food processor or mixer. Mix until dough forms.
– Add flour to a large flat surface.
– Remove the dough from the mixer onto the flat surface. Form the dough into a ball and place it in on an oiled tray.
-Cover with a kitchen towel and let rest at room temp for 2 hours, or until the dough doubles in size.
-Cut the dough ball in half and reroll each into individual dough balls. Add dough balls into a large zip-lock plastic bags oiled with 1 tbsp of olive and refrigerate overnight.

– Flour a large flat surface and lightly flour a rolling pin. (If you don’t have a rolling pin use a wine bottle or something cylinder like.
– Place dough on surface and roll out flat for an even pizza. Roll out dough large enough to fit the pan you are using.
– Lightly flour a large 16″-18″ pizza pan (Or the size pan you’re using).
– Gently lay pizza dough into the pizza pan and fit your dough evenly all the way around.
Step 3 Sauce:

Add San Marzano tomatoes and slightly break down tomatoes with a spoon. Add Italian seasoning, garlic powder, Parsley, & salt to taste. Stir, cover slightly, and let simmer for 10 mins. Stir and break down remaining tomatoes to your desire. Remove from heat, set aside.
Step 4: Cheese
– Slice 10 oz of mozzarella cheese into8-10 slices. Set aside.
Step 5: Building the Margherita

– Add sliced fresh mozzarella cheese evenly all over pizza as desired.
– Add chopped basil over cheese.
– Drizzle 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, & Parmesan cheese to taste.
