Soft and delicious almond flour cookies are a healthier alternative to traditional butter or chocolate chip cookies. Almond flour offers more fiber and fewer carbohydrates than wheat flour, making these cookies a great choice for those looking to cut down on refined grains. Ingredients:

2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup butter (7 Tbsp)
1/4 cup honey (3 Tbsp)
1 egg

Instructions:
Cream the softened butter in a bowl. To soft butter warm it in the microwave for up to 30 sec.
Add 1/4 cup honey (3 Tbsp) and thoroughly mix butter with honey.
Add 2 cups almond flour and 1 egg.
Mix ingredients together to a smooth dough. If the dough will be sticky enough, wrap it in a plastic sheet and put into the fridge for 20 minutes.
Preheat an oven to 350F (180C).
Take a dough from the fridge and form a round. Split the round into 12 even parts, form 12 balls and make 12 cookies.
Cover the cookie sheets with parchment paper, put the cookies dough on the sheets evenly.
Shape them by hand and decorate.
Bake 15 minutes and let them cool.
