5-6 Bunches Collard Greens
2 LBS Smoked Turkey Wings
Can also use 2 LBS of smoked turkey legs or thighs
2 TSP Bacon Grease or Avocado Oil
2 TSP Seasoning Salt
1 TSP Garlic Powder
1 TSP Onion Powder
1 TSP Smoked Paprika
1 TSP Red Pepper Flakes
1 TSP Worcestershire Sauce
1 Large Yellow Onion Diced
1/4 Cup Hot Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 TSP White Granulated Sugar Optional

  2. I use frozen Picksweet collard greens, for quick dish, just as good. Try it, use turkey adding banana peppers and onions letting it cook down. Remove your meat add greens. Pull meat off the bones, add to greens.

  3. All of your recipes are so on point. Collards are my favorite greens. I do like banana peppers and a splash of seasoned rice wine vinegar on my plate of greens. It’s milder than ACV.

  6. Oh yeah clean them bad boys… You clean like I do salt, baking soda, spot of dish detergent then clean till water is clear😊
