NOAH IS BACK! Today we’re making his signature, Morning Banana Pancakes! These are great for a lazy morning when you’re feeling like having a bit of a treat to start your day!
Ingredients:
200g plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of sea salt
½ tsp ground cinnamon
220ml milk
2 large eggs
A little butter, melted
For the Caramelised Bananas
75g butter, plus a knob
100g golden syrup
8 mini bananas, sliced
1 tblsp caster sugar

Thanks for the wonderful recipe. I just noticed that there is no need to add a tea spoon of lemon juice to bananas, probably since they will be cooked, right? Oh! you have lovely garden view from the living room by the way
