I am making an Easy, satisfying dinner in an hour with chicken. Join me turning chicken liver and thing into a rich Turkish style spicy liver saute and creamy and hearty chicken thigh soup with vegetables. I am completing it with nutty, fluffy, buttery rice pilav with orzo pasta, all made in an hour including filming! So you might even can make it in shorter time 🙂

For the Chicken Liver Saute:
700gr. chicken liver, cut in cubes
1 onion, diced finely
2-3 sweet or mild green peppers, cut in cubes
1 sweet capia peppers (optional) cut in cubes
olive oil, about tsp each salt, thyme, chili flakes
1 medium tomatoes or about 1/4 cup tomato pure
For the Chicken Thigh Vegetable Soup:
1 chicken thigh (boiled in 1 liter of water with 2 bay leaves and some pepper scorns (optional)
1 big carrot, slices
2-3 potatos, peeled , roughly cut in cubes
1 onion, roughly cut
2 tbsp butter or 3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp flour (if you don’t want to use, just omit or add 1 more potatoes)
about 1/2 tsp each turmeric, curry (optional)
about 1 tsp or more salt
more water or chicken stock for the consistency
chopped parsley
