I love this video. Not because these came out perfect, but because it shows the reality of a 23 year marriage. We love each other, but also… at times… drive each other crazy!

  1. The "tater" chips look great , bet they taste even better . It's a good thing Jenn was there to supervise . Have you tried sweet potato's ? Because of the density they take longer to cook , but the results are worth it . Happy Thanksgiving to you and family !

  2. Between camera, cat, and commentary we get a gem of a vid! BTW you were half right; if the water was hot it would have been "blanching". 😉 Great vid, will try. Check your smoke alarm batteries!

  3. Ring Ring☎️ Farpoint Farms, Yes, this is Frito~Lay, we see on your video that you have been infringing on our closely garded classic potato chip recipe!!!🤣

  4. DELICIOUS !!
Hate to cross talk on your cooking video Eric but I'm setting up my Radio Shack
Question: how are antenna switches compared to running independent coax.
I have 6 antennas, 1) HAM transceiver,2) HAM Reciever,3) Marine VHF with 9 dB Sinclair, 4) land VHF Ground plane 5) CB Base station 102" 6) VHF TV .
I installed 2- 30' hydro poles 45' apart and will be installing 12' 2×6" cross beam for antenna separation (4) antennas per pole .Also coax surge protectors because of the old saying.if you stick your antenna above a crowd God will throw a lightningbolt at it !!. Any suggestions
    Thanks Mike

  5. Those look good! I was waiting to see you put that first batch back in the oil, but they seem to have disappeared.

  6. Jen – "Using a mandolin can be dangerous. Use a guard. Be safe."
Erik – "Oil fire could burn down a house. This should be interesting."
    The banter is priceless!

  7. Reminds me of how my Mom (now deceased) used to make "Home Fries". Cast iron skillet. Just slice them (1/4" to 3/8") and fry them. Leave the skin. Now I'm hungry!
