• 1 package lobster ravioli (I get it at Costco)
• 1/4 cup olive oil• 1 small yellow onion• 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes • 2 cloves of garlic minced • 1/2 cup of tomato paste• 1/3 cup vodka• 1 cup heavy cream• 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese• Fresh basil• 1 cup reserved pasta water
1) Add pasta to salted, boiling water and cook until just under al dente 2) Reserve 1 cup of pasta water3) Sauté onion in oil until translucent 4) Add garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute 5) Add tomato paste and cook until deep red in color6) Pour in 1/3 cup vodka7) Turn off heat and add in 1 cup heavy cream, pasta, grated parm, and pasta water8) Plate and garnish with more cheese and basil
