Green Olive Tapenade Recipe
2 cups of green olives.
2 tablespoons of capers.
Juice of 1/2 lemon.
Salt ( if needed as the anchovies are salted) and pepper .
1/4 cup of olive oil.
1/2 bunch of parsley.
2 or 3 Anchovies //
Add the olives to a food processor.
Add the anchovies.
. Add the capers.
Squeeze the 1/2 lemon.
Blend the ingredients.
Pour the mixture into a bowl.
Add some crushed black pepper.
Add a dash of salt.
Add the olive oil.
Combine.
