Bones from 20 Chicken Thighs
10 Whole Peppercorns
1 Large Carrot
2 Sticks of Celery
5 Cloves of Garlic
2 Small Onions
2 Bay Leaves
1/2 Bunch of Fresh Thyme

100 Oz of Chicken Stock
10 Shredded Chicken Thighs
12 Oz Extra Wide Pennsylvania Dutch Egg Noodles
5 Cloves of Garlic
1 Large Carrot
3 Sticks of Celery
2 Bay Leaves
2 Small Onions
1/2 Bunch of Fresh Parsley
Salt and Pepper to Taste
