  1. My dads fish tacos were voted #1 in a local taco competition and it’s the number one item on his menu. Trust me it’s so bomb you’ve gotta try it.
    1. Blue corn tortilla and beer battered rockfish for the base.
    2. Fry the fish until golden brown.
    3. Cabbage Pico de gallo, manzano pepper vinegar for spice, and escabeche crema for the toppings.

  4. Next time cut the fish into 3 pieces diagonally, they'll actually fit better. And put the slaw on the bottom.
