Preparation

  1. Grate the apples with a grater or with the shredding disk in a food processor. Place in a bowl and stir in lemon juice. Set aside.
  2. Place dates and nuts in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped. Stir date mixture into apples with honey and cinnamon.
