These delicious lemon blueberry muffins are super moist, soft, tender and have crunchy crumble topping.

Ingredients:
130g butter, room temperature
2 eggs
130ml buttermilk/kefir/natural yoghurt
120g sugar
200g flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
zest of 1 lemon
3 tbsp lemon juice

Streusel Topping:
30g butter, cold
30g sugar
40g flour
blueberries fresh or frozen

Bake in the oven 180C/350F for 35 min.
