Man this is hard, tried this, i think all i missed was the bag and the baking process, and also the flipping process, better luck next time, but it was good tho
Why does it collapse few minutes after cooking ? It does not retain its flufyness
How many hours did the merigue battermix will stay longer period of time i just want to try to sell it but im worried if the battermix will stay longer if i prepare it ahead of time

What flour did you use? I used cake flour and my badder was too runny

Looks very delicious and fluffy. But the way you cut it! You flatten them which is really a-shame. If I were you, I wouldn’t put one onto the other and would use a sharper knife, cut it moving the knife instead of just pushing down…
I made it first time and came out really good I wish I can post a picture of it but thanks for the easy recipe..
