  1. Ingredients:
    For chicken fry:
    Boneless Chicken – 200 gm
    Salt – ½ spoon
    Black pepper powder – ¼ spoon
    Soya Sauce – ½ spoon
    Oil – 1 spoon

    For Egg fry:
    Eggs – 4
    Oil – ½ spoon

    Final fry:
    Oil – 2 spoons
    Chopped Ginger – 1 spoon Chopped Garlic- 1 spoon
    White part of spring onion Chopped vegetable
    Boiled rice – 2 cup
    Salt – ½ Spoon
    Black pepper powder- 1/3 spoon
    Soya Sauce – 1 spoon
    Red chilli sauce – 1 spoon
    Vinegar – ¼ spoon
    Garnish with spring onion

  2. Just a tip! Get a wok. Then when the wok is on high flame splash the soy sauce around the edge of the wok so it burns and it helps bring out the true taste and fragrance 🙂
