Ingredients for Chicken Pasta Salad:
10 oz. of canned chicken (drained)
1 box chickpea pasta
1 can (15 oz.) of three bean salad (drained)
1 can (15 oz.) of hearts of palm (drained)
1 can of sliced olives (drained)
4-5 cups of water

Italian Salad Dressing (see below)
Directions for Chicken Pasta Salad:
1. Wash hands and the top of each can.
2. Put water in pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add pasta and cook for 6-8 minutes.
3. Drain the chicken, three bean salad, hearts of palm, and olives.
4. Let pasta cool, then add chicken, three bean salad, olives, hearts of palm and Italian dressing (see below).
5. Mix well.

Ingredients for Italian Dressing:
6 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/4 teaspoon Redmond’s Salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions for Italian Dressing:
1. Wash hands and find a clean container with a lid.
2. Add all ingredients to container.
3. Seal container with lid and shake ingredients well.
4. Add dressing to your chicken pasta salad, mix well.
