Hi everyone, welcome back to the channel. In this video, I’ll be making a Greek inspired pasta salad with orzo (a short cut pasta, shaped like rice). This is a very refreshing salad. You can eat it as a side or main dish. It’s so good and simple to make. It has honestly been on rotation in my home.

Thinking of making it? Here’s what you’ll need:
1 cup cooked Orzo (also known as risoni) seasoned with olive oil and salt
1/2 cup red bell pepper
1/ cup cucumber
feta cheese
2 tbs olive oil
1 tsp oregano
juice of 1/2 of a lemon
1 tsp fresh dill (you can substitute dried dill, parsley or thyme)
1/4 black pitted olives (or green olives)
fresh baby spinach
red onion ( to taste)
salt and pepper (optional)
Protein salmon or grilled chicken (optional)
