Today, we are going on to discover a cute small Japanese bakery ‘Kushino no Panya’ in Chiba prefecture, 30 minutes from Tokyo.

In this video, we will discover the preparation & baking of various types of bread from this small bakery, which opened in 2016.
The owner, Kushino-san, has been baking bread for more than 20 years. He produces 20 to 30 different kinds of bread, each in small quantities.
But on busy weekends, he sells around 400 breads.
The bread dough is prepared the afternoon before and the shaping and baking is done in the morning until the opening of the shop at 11am.
