  1. Looks great! Trying this tonight with some wild sockeye. Just going to use fresh garlic instead of garlic powder.

  2. Smoked honey glazed salmon last night. It just wasn't what I thought it would be. Searched YouTube to see if I could find the answer. I believe you have solved the problem can't wait to try this next wknd. Thank you ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ‘Š

  3. Soy honey and garlic marinade. Drop the salmon in the bag and let sit at least an hour. Grill away. I use aluminum foil to hold the marinade. Bend up around foil no to lose the marinade. Awesome

  4. Interested in trying the recipe it looks delicious. I'm not good at grilling. Can I use a gas grill and if so how do I go about getting the smoke taste without the cherry chips?

  5. Excellent Dad and cook too. Good job!! Iโ€™ll be cooking this for my adult son when I visit for Xmas!!

  6. I don't know if salmon is more resilient, but typically you shouldn't use tongs to pick up fish. It breaks very easily. Use a spatula! Other than that, thanks for the video. I look forward to cooking salmons on my Weber Kettle for the first time.

  7. The old classic! Dad cooking, meanhile wifey and kids are in the living room watching gilmore girls!… That's how I know you're the cook in the house… Because I am too…

  8. I really liked the way you prepared the food but might I suggest for the quality of the video to 1) turn off the TV in the background and 2) clean up the surroundings like the sink
