300gm dehydrated chick peas
2 teaspoons bicarbonate of soda
70gm tahini
Juice of 1 lemon
2 cloves garlic
30ml olive oil
Flatbread –
550gm self raising flour
500gm thick greek yoghurt
3 teaspoons baking powder
Spicy Zhoug –
100gm red/green chillies
50gm picked parsley
50gm picked coriander
2 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons ground cumin
juice of 2 lemons
100ml olive oil
