✦ INGREDIENTS:
✧Marinade:
– 1/2 cup orange juice
– 2 limes (squeezed)
– 1 tbsp minced garlic
– 1 tbsp cumin
– 2 tsp chili powder
– 1 tsp smoked paprika
– 3 tbsp olive oil
– 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
– salt/pepper to taste
– 1/2 tsp baking soda

– 2 tbsp vegetable oil
-1/2 onion strips
– colorful peppers cut in strips

– 2 tbsp oil
– Skirt or flank steak (cut against grain)
– 1 lime squeezed
– salt/pepper
*top with cilantro
– tortillas

✧TOPPINGS:
Pico de Gallo:
-cilantro
– roma tomato deseeded and dices
– red onion- diced
– Jalapeno deseeded and diced
– lime squeezed

✧Guacamole:
– 2 avocados
– cilantro
– roma tomato deseeded and dices
– red onion- diced
– Jalapeno deseeded and diced
– lime squeezed

  1. Thank you for a great recipe. Music is too distracting, not saying it the mean way, just to be honest. I want to hear what you say, but music and all those sounds are unnecessary, too loud.

    Thank you for the video! So to cut against the grain do you flip it completely over on the other side without the lines or just flip it sideways?
