    Looks like a tasty dish but its very singular in color. Might be good to try some reds or greens for garnish. Try taking thin peelings of carrot and frying them, would give you some unobtrusive crunch to the dish as well as adding a deeper orange for a garnish that keeps the look of the plate from being flat.
