From December through March, on Saturdays, we’ll cook together via Zoom, discovering new Italian recipes. I’ll be streaming live from my farmhouse kitchen in Bolgheri, on the Tuscan coast. You can ask me questions in real time.

Each class features a new recipe from my Italian heritage. I’ll teach you how to use the best seasonal ingredients and simple techniques passed down in my family. It’s the perfect season to be in the kitchen, creating delicious dishes while it’s cold outside.
