Loaded Potato Skins are one of the best gameday appetizers out there! The best way to make this recipe is to bake potatoes, scoop out some of the insides, bake again, then fill with a cheesy, bacon mixture, and toss them back in the oven. Serve this snack at a Super Bowl party for a crispy, oven-baked treat.

  1. Please don't eat skins of potatoes that have gone green or soft or that are just old.
At those stages the potato releases antinutrients that are harmful to us and especially to young children.
The skin does have the most nutrients and is very good for us, just not at those stages.

  2. It’s quicker if you cut them in half boil them for 10 minutes and then put them in the oven quicker instead of having them for an hour, it will be less
