Greetings from Bangalore, India. As a diehard fan of salads from different countries and regions I appreciate this compilation. You seem to have done quite a bit of research to compile this interesting series of salads. Of course there will be many more around the world and I also take it that these are neither ranked nor listed in order of preference.
Most contemporary salads would not vary too much in terms of ingredients. It’s the dressing which lends them the taste and character I think. It would have been nice to have the dressing ingredients listed here as well.
