  1. That is a beautiful pumpkin🥰. I love pumpkin soup with crusty bread and butter..but I don't omit thyme. It gives it a heavenly flavour..and I use the same aromatics like you. 👌👌 I hope you peel the rest and freeze it..look too nice to waste.

  2. That measuring jug is used to measure liquids. Using a kitchen scale to measure the weight of the chopped pumpkin in grams or ounces or kg would be better……Even dry measuring cups could be used.

  4. Ah, this is something that I can mostly make in Slovakia (in the autumn, though)! But hmm… I know we don't really carry scotch bonnets in our grocers, but… could possibly substitute that with another spicy pepper? Something to play around with in flavouring. (This looks so delicious, btw.)
