  1. I've never had this before, it's a bit poche, sorry dear French people. I've had duck a l'orange in Paris once, it's a complex dish and it's truly divine in taste. I will try it for sure, though I'll also try not cooking the crepes in the sauce; just for experimentation ha-ha. Thanks :D.

  2. This takes me back to my years as Captain in Haute Cuisine restaurants, preparing the classic French version of these (and much of the rest of the menu) tableside, loved the theatrics! The flambé! The flashing knives!
    This was an interesting version of the recipe, never thought to add anise – have to try it next time I'm having fun in the kitchen, thanks for the inspiration Chef!
